The house is located in the municipality of Ponta do Sol, more specifically on Tuesdays, a rural area, quiet, with excellent sun exposure and with mountain and sea views.

It is about 10 minutes by car from the centre of the village of Ponta do Sol. In the village you will find several restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, shops and other local services.
