Set on the north coast of Seixal beach, Madeira Black Sand Beach House offers a dream view towards the black sand and the deep blue sea surrounded by green cliffs. This century old stone house has been with the same family for 30 years and was used as a weekend second home. The owners decided to share this unique spot with the world and the refurbished plan had the guest's comfort in mind.

The house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed, one bathroom, an open space well equipped kitchen and living room.

The outdoor space is the greatest asset of this property, the front patio, where you can sunbathe, have a meal al fresco or work with the most astounding scenario right in front of your eyes!

The breathtaking landscape makes Seixal beach one of the most popular beaches on Madeira Island, a natural black sand beach that gave name to this house. Seixal Beach has beautiful, soft, and fine black sand covering its shores which makes it very attractive and safe for swimming and surfing.

It’s just a 41km drive taking 40 minutes from Funchal, which is the main town of the island.
