This house is located in Prazeres area on the south coast of Madeira. Access to the beach and sea is about 10 minutes by car and the road connecting to most of the cities and attractions of the island. At the same time you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Madeira's countryside. Prazeres is an ideal starting point for hiking, as a variety of hiking trails start here, such as trails to Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar. The well known and popular Levada Nova hiking trail passes right next to Prazeres.
